After registering as a buyer, our admin team will review your account and issue you a Silver, Gold, or Platinum card. You'll be notified when it's active, and you can view it anytime at My Account → Membership Card.

You earn points automatically on every paid order — usually 1 point per ₹1 spent (with multipliers for higher-tier cards). Points can be redeemed as cash on any order, from any vendor on the platform, once you've reached the minimum redeemable threshold shown in your account.

Subscriptions charge a flat monthly fee (starting at ₹499) and let you list up to a fixed number of products or services with zero per-sale commission. Pay-per-sale has no monthly fee — we simply take a small percentage of each sale (currently 10%). You can switch between models anytime.

Yes. All payments are processed through Paytm's secure gateway using 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card or banking details on our servers.

Absolutely. Vendors can list physical products, digital items, or professional services — all from the same dashboard. Simply choose "Product" or "Service" when creating a listing.
